I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr Water Heater to replace my old water heater. I am thoroughly impressed with the entire experience and everything was smooth from start to finish. From my first phone call I received very pleasant and helpful information. The installation was very professional. The technician arrived exactly when they said he would and he was extremely polite and courteous. The installation went smoothly and was completed very quickly.
Not only did Mr Water Heater deliver excellent service but they also provided me with a quote that was as good or better than I received from other companies.

We would like to thank you for the excellent service for the installation of our new John Wood hot water tank. My wife initially talked to Mike at your office to let him know the problems with the existing tank. He was so friendly and helpful
but it appeared that our existing water tank which they installed 16 years ago was at the end of its life. So a couple of days later we were back on the phone talking to a very friendly receptionist there who asked for pictures of our existing
tank and she arranged for a service call today to either fix or replace the existing tank. Mike and the installer showed up
today and replaced the hot water tank and everything is working perfectly. The installer learned his trade in Ireland and did an excellent job. These are great people to deal with.

Our builder quality water heater stopped working the other day. We contacted Mr. Water Heater. Dan came out the next morning. Besides installing a high quality John Wood water heater, he also replaced the couplings and pressure valve, as the current installed items were not to code. Dan did a great job, the installation is very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Dan and the Mr. Water Heater team for expert high quality service, where you know the job will be done right, at a very good price.

Dear Doug and all Water heater Managers. Last Thursday afternoon I phoned your North Vancouver Office, the phone was answered immediately by Gale I was amazed, it was the first time in an age that I had not been told to hold for an extended time by various other companies. Next when I told Gale what I wanted she led me through exactly what I needed and then informed me that the Hot Water Tank would be delivered the next morning at nine thirty a.m. I was expecting to have to wait for at least a week and could not believe her words. This is not the end of my good fortune. The following morning, my phone rang at 9.30 a.m. I had been listening to the news and knew there were several traffic delays. The phone call was from Dan, he apologized but said he would be a little longer because of traffic. I have never had a phone call before when technicians were running late and have spent hours waiting for them. Dan arrived at 9.45. The whole process was explained to me, and an amazing job was done by a delightful employee who should be commended. I do not know who is responsible for hiring your employees, but someone is doing an excellent job, and I will be highly recommending your company to my friends. Thank you.
Great experience
We noticed our 10 year old tank had started leaking and wanted it changed out before it caused any water damage. Mr Water Heater had good pricing and tank was installed by Dan.. He did a great job for us taking out the old tank and installing a new 50 gallon. We were very happy with the service.

We had a very good experience with this company. The plumber named Dan went the extra mile to make several changes to the piping and wiring for the new larger tank so it could fit in the existing space. He fixed problems that had been made by previous bad plumbers. Thanks a lot.
